Cloud setup for VORTEK Spaces

Hi [ Customer Name ],

Here's the way to share you work with your team.

From your computer: 

For .vok file from Cabinet Vision, Sketchup, Mozaik, 2020, etc...,
  1. make a cloud folder ( Onedrive, googleDrive, Dropbox, etc..)  on your computer : ex.: Export for VORTEK.
  2. Share the whole folder with your team.  In this folder, you save the file that you normally export from Cabinet Vision, the ".vok" file (or a Collada file).
Then in VORTEK Spaces:
  1. Find where is your "Working Folder": Click on "Working Folder", then Open

  2. Share the whole folder with your team by putting this folder on you favorite cloud system like Dropbox, Onedrive, GoogleDrive.


From your team Computer:
  1. Download and install VORTEK Spaces from the Microsoft Store
  2. log into the app using your credential
  3. When asked to select the working folder, select the shared  "working folder" from your Cloud system.
Then you'll be synchronised on VORTEK Spaces.

The only downside of this setup, is that VORTEK works sometime better on a local drive. But if you struggle trying to do this setup, please schedule a support session on www.vortekspaces.com/support.
