We got two different system of login, one is for the App VORTEK Spaces, the other is for our website (store) www.vortekspaces.com .

Maybe you tried the wrong email and pass on our website, so please reset your password using that email address: [ Customer Email Address ].

If you cannot do it, please email me back and I'll be able to reset it on my side. Remember that the login and password shall not be the same on both the App and the website :) Good day !
